GlamModelz Magazine: Hey Jose let’s get started with our interview!  Tell me about your background…how did you get started in Photography? Jose Maldonado: I got started pretty much like a lot of people when I was a kid and my uncle gave me my first camera to shoot everything and anything.

GlamModelz Magazine: Why Glamour /Beauty?  What other genre’s and styles interest you? Jose Maldonado: I like the challenge of creating something beautiful with the different looks, shapes, attitudes a model has to offer. I also like doing landscapes.-

GlamModelz Magazine: What or who inspires you as a photographer? Jose Maldonado: I get my inspiration from my son, he inspires me to live life to the fullest and enjoy it.

GlamModelz Magazine: What challenges do you face in this industry?  What would you change about it, if you could? Jose Maldonado: Well there’s a lot of great Photographer out the and the challenge I guess would be who gets that next cover, but in reality if better because you’re always are gonna try harder and work harder to better, really wouldn’t change a lot just for everyone to do their homework, and for people that say that I’ll be there actually be there and that goes for anybody.

GlamModelz Magazine: What equipment is essential for you as a glamour photographer, to capture your “best shot”? Jose Maldonado: I shoot on location with Natural light so equip really my Eyes!!

GlamModelz Magazine: Paid vs. TF* shoots – What are your views and preferences?  Jose Maldonado: Just like everyone Paid is always welcomed, TF shoots I use to practice something new, weather be a new angle or something, so they’re both great.

GlamModelz Magazine: How would you best describe your personal style? Jose Maldonado: Don’t really have one but I guess it’s my own lol

GlamModelz Magazine: What are your goals for your photography?  Other goals? Jose Maldonado: To create great Images, Get Published,  GlamModelz Magazine: Other goals… Jose Maldonado: to be the best person I can be; and the best father I can be to my incredible son.

GlamModelz Magazine: What qualities should  Models/MUA’s/Stylists, etc have to work with you? Jose Maldonado: Be creative, be Fun, and be on time..

GlamModelz Magazine: Tell us about your biggest accomplishment to date or what makes you most proud. Jose Maldonado: My biggest accomplishment would have to be my son and that is what makes me the most proud.
