The most easy and simple way of learning about lucid dream is by using the easy DILD method which basically stands for the Dream Induced Lucid Dream. It really means that the lucid dreaming would start off from tonight itself as very normal dreams which are beyond your own control. In other simple words you would also be having the dream and then inside them you will also realize that you are dreaming about and it is about the realization that would make it to be lucid. It perhaps even sound to be quite confusing to get the method right as well but it is somewhat really simple. All you require is to get in the habit of different checks of reality. These you may also easily practice at the time of the day.
